Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Our Policy in Simple Terms

We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds. The only exception is if you receive a product that is damaged or broken at the time of delivery. In that case, we will replace it — no questions asked.


2. No Return Policy

All sales on aromalizz.com are final. We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons — change of mind, dislike of fragrance after opening, incorrect product selected by the customer, allergic reactions, or personal preference. We strongly encourage you to read the full product description before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at hello@aromalizz.com and we will help you make the right choice.


3. No Refund Policy

We do not process monetary refunds except in the following circumstances — your order was never delivered and is confirmed lost by the courier, or you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error. In either case, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Refunds where applicable will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of resolution.


4. Replacement for Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it at no cost to you. This is our only exception and we honour it fully.

To claim a replacement you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained. You must email us at hello@aromalizz.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging. We will review your request and if approved, dispatch a replacement within 3 to 5 business days.


5. Products Not Eligible for Replacement

A replacement will not be issued in the following situations — the product has been used or partially consumed, the original packaging has been discarded or damaged by the customer, the damage was caused after delivery due to mishandling, the request is made after 48 hours of delivery, or no photographic evidence is provided.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@aromalizz.com or call +91 6009112288 with your order number. If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
