Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery is completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are applicable across India and may vary slightly depending on your location and local courier availability.

We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working business day.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at hello@aromalizz.com before placing your order.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on our Website at the time of purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS. You can use these details to track your order directly through the courier partner's website.

5. Damaged Products — Replacement Policy

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aromalizz.com. You must provide your order number, a clear description of the damage, and photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. Once we verify the damage, a replacement will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for any reason other than the product being received in a damaged or broken condition. Change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference are not grounds for a replacement.


6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at hello@aromalizz.com. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the event that an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra charge to you.


7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Aromalizz LLP is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-dispatch due to address errors may attract additional shipping charges.
